We are seeking an entry-level Finance Administrator to support key financial processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Coordinator to deliver accurate and timely finance operations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Enter accurate and timely data for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Process weekly payment runs, bank account, and credit card transfers, payments, coding, and reconciliations
- Manage debtor collections and associated reporting
- Process and monitor customer budget funding requests
- Provide administrative support for all bank account and credit card requirements
- Assist in meeting internal and external reporting deadlines
- Fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing
- You will be an entry-level position, perfect for a school-leaver looking for a job in a growing organisation
- General Bookkeeping skills are desirable but not essential
- You will have professional Email & Report Writing skills - able to format and write clear finance-related correspondence
- Demonstrated time-management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- A current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence is essential
- You will hold or be willing to obtain an approved Working With Children (WWC) check
- You will be proactive, accurate, and detail-orientated with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Able to meet deadlines for reports, reconciliations, or audits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail
