Finance Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an entry-level Finance Administrator to support key financial processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Coordinator to deliver accurate and timely finance operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Enter accurate and timely data for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Process weekly payment runs, bank account, and credit card transfers, payments, coding, and reconciliations
  • Manage debtor collections and associated reporting
  • Process and monitor customer budget funding requests
  • Provide administrative support for all bank account and credit card requirements
  • Assist in meeting internal and external reporting deadlines
  • Fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing
About You
  • You will be an entry-level position, perfect for a school-leaver looking for a job in a growing organisation
  • General Bookkeeping skills are desirable but not essential
  • You will have professional Email & Report Writing skills - able to format and write clear finance-related correspondence
  • Demonstrated time-management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence is essential
  • You will hold or be willing to obtain an approved Working With Children (WWC) check
  • You will be proactive, accurate, and detail-orientated with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Able to meet deadlines for reports, reconciliations, or audits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail
