Job Title: Change Leader

This role is responsible for leading and implementing change initiatives, driving alignment between business goals and project execution. The primary focus is on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that align with organizational objectives and assess the impact of changes on the organization and its employees.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess their effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a complex matrix-style organisational environment, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Ability to work in project teams and implement change programs, with the ability to manage multiple large projects and processes.
  • Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them, while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
