We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Software Technical Support Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting software and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Job Description

As a Software Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and resolving complex software issues for customers. You will also be required to accurately document your activities and findings in case management systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues in other support centers and departments, focusing on customer experience and contributing to digital self-help materials.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require 2-4 years of experience in Application Support. A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science is also essential. Furthermore, you must have knowledge of software and automation hardware communications and setup. Previous experience with AVEVA System Platform and Plant SCADA is advantageous but not necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
