About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospitality Service Assistant to join our team at Bupa Glenvale. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the care home, including laundry, cleaning, and waste management.
  • Assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing, ensuring that residents receive nutritious and appealing meals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that residents' needs are met and their dignity is respected.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
