**About the Role**

This position is a key part of our efforts to deliver modern programs, services and policy that strengthen communities. As a Clinical Educator, you will work with our team to achieve this goal.

We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in South Australia. You should be passionate about continuous learning and professional development, and have a commitment to child safety and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will assist in the design, consultancy, delivery, implementation and evaluation of designated evidence-based training and development activities within agreed timeframes. They will also lead the assessment and review of training needs of the Community Youth Justice workforce, and contribute to practice improvement and service development across Community Youth Justice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the design and delivery of training and development activities
  • Leading the assessment and review of training needs
  • Contributing to practice improvement and service development

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
