Job Opportunity:

  • They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate onboarding.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to travel to remote site locations occasionally.
