The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals.

You'll work across all shifts, including Day, Afternoon and Night Shift through the week and weekends, and be required to have reasonable availability to work rotating rosters across 7 days and all shift times.
