Our client is a well-established business which supplies Civil Engineering services in Western Sydney.

This role is based in the Penrith CBD.

**About the Role**
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

Your responsibility will be to deliver operational HR administrative support across recruitment, WHS, HR Administration as well as some PA support to the General Manager.

This will be a varied all rounder role.

**Your new role will include**:

- Assist the General Manager with PA Support
- Administer HR functions, processes and projects
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Work with management in developing, managing and implementation of safety procedures and processes
- Manage the WHS register
- Recruitment, selection and on-boarding activities
- Assist with work, health and safety initiatives
- Greet visitors to the site
- General administrative and ad hoc duties to support the general office area

**About You**
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR All Rounder or potentially Office Manager who is friendly, personable and takes pride in building strong relationships across the business.

This role will suit a can-do person who has experience in a similar role as the office “Go-To” person.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or relevant experience within WHS, HR Admin etc
- The ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels
- A high level of motivation and dedication
- A collaborative, yet decisive approach
