About this position
- We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused receptionist to provide administrative support and enhance our team's efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to telephone enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, stationery ordering, and petty cash management.
- Support staff rosters and training schedules.
- Evaluate and maintain the efficient operation of the front reception area.
- Assist with visitor inquiries and conduct home tours as required.
- Offer administrative support for other departments within the organization.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a busy reception environment is desirable.
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity is essential.
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) is required.
- Able to learn internal software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Outstanding telephone and customer service skills are required.
- Experience in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is beneficial.
