Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced State Manager for our Western Australian business, based in Perth. You will lead a diverse team of leaders and consultants passionate about delivering high-quality projects for clients. Your role will be instrumental in achieving our purpose to improve society through groundbreaking projects.
Key Responsibilities- Display positive and visible leadership aligned with our PRIDE values, representing our WA business internally and externally.
- Effectively manage the WA business P&L, meeting target budgets.
- Contribute to the broader business strategy, ensuring commercially successful project delivery and client engagement.
- Efficiently manage resources across markets and portfolios, including recruitment, retention, and people engagement.
- Support Business Management Systems and health, safety, and wellbeing culture, prioritizing team wellbeing.
- Take principal roles in state-significant projects and ensure compliance with legislative and company policies.
You possess extensive experience in consulting, having led teams that deliver exceptional services and enhance our reputation in the market. You enjoy leading successful teams that meet high standards for clients and manage effective projects.
Your success will depend on:
- Demonstrable record of writing proposals and securing work, ideally within energy, resources, transport, or defence markets.
- Ability to develop tactical strategies aligned with our business goals and adaptable to change.
- Knowledge of current professional standards and innovations ensuring high levels of safety in project design and delivery.
