Business Process Specialist Role

We seek an astute Business Process Specialist to support the implementation of our new Workday HRIS platform. The successful candidate will possess experience in HRIS systems, exceptional analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Workday implementation.
  • Mapping current and future state HR processes, identifying gaps, and supporting process redesign initiatives.
  • Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Supporting testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Assisting with data migration, user training, and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst on HRIS (Workday preferred) or similar enterprise system implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident facilitator with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
