We are seeking an experienced Water Well Drilling Supervisor to lead our team with a strong track record of maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily rig operations, managing crew relations on site while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders to keep drilling programs on track.
- Lead safety compliance initiatives and support the team in developing risk assessments and critical control verifications daily.
- Evaluate field operations for alignment with policies and procedures.
- Cultivate team members through coaching and development, conducting performance reviews aligned with organizational objectives.
- Maintain equipment readiness through regular maintenance checks, reporting, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with contractors on safety meetings to share best practices, identify areas for improvement, and capture feedback.
- Work with the HSE team to investigate incidents or hazards, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
