Overview Water Well Drilling Supervisors to join our Dynamic Team.
You'll have strong experience in Water Well drilling and a track record of leading teams while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.
This FIFO role on a 2/2 roster from Perth offers up to $70ph flat rate for 12 hour days, with weekly pay and superannuation, site accommodation, meals and travel included.
Responsibilities Oversee daily rig operations, managing crew and client relations on site.
Communicate progress and challenges with Project Leaders to keep drilling programs on track.
Lead safety compliance and support the team in developing risk assessments and critical control verifications daily.
Ensure all field operations comply with policies and procedures.
Coach and develop team members and conduct performance reviews in line with the organization's development plan.
Work with maintenance to oversee equipment readiness through regular maintenance checks, reporting, and preventive care.
Participate in contractor safety meetings to share successes, identify areas for improvement, and capture feedback.
Work with the HSE team to lead investigations into incidents or hazards, ensuring ongoing training and development opportunities.
