We're seeking a highly capable senior operator to take charge of the water supply and operations at our station. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health and welfare of our livestock and the smooth operation of our property.

In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing various property assets, plant, equipment, fencing, pipework, and infrastructure to ensure they're in safe and good working order. You'll also use your excellent observation skills, common sense, and logic to notice and report any issues or potential concerns around livestock, fences, and general infrastructure.

While specific experience in a similar role on a station isn't required, we're looking for someone with transferable skills from a range of industries or professions who's willing to learn and adapt to our unique environment. Ideally, you'll have operating at a senior (supervisory) level in another role, be mechanically minded, and able to effectively plan and organise work progress while providing supervision, guidance, and feedback.
