Role Overview

The Marketing Automation & Email Specialist will play a critical role in driving the success of HCF's marketing efforts by designing, building, and deploying member-driven campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript, as well as proficiency in SQL and data structures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of 1:1 communication, compliance, and regulatory impact.

The Marketing Automation & Email Specialist will work closely with the Marketing team to test and learn from campaigns, advising on optimization opportunities in line with campaign objectives and expected outcomes. Additionally, this role will support the senior manager in training and upskilling the team to deliver BAU campaigns and marketing automation, while embedding processes and compliance checks.

About You
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Advanced experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data structures
  • Proven track record of delivering and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of 1:1 communication, compliance, and regulatory impact
