Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Planning: Scoping, planning, and overseeing the delivery of people plans and solutions that enable the business strategy to be successful.
- Workplace Relations Management: Effective communication and direct management of relationship(s) with relevant Union(s) regarding essential workplace relations matters.
- Business Partnership: Advising senior leaders on areas such as talent, succession, and industrial relations.
- Culture Development: Supporting leaders to embed a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive culture.
- Employee Engagement: Developing and executing employee engagement and retention strategies.
- HR Risk Management: Working with the business to mitigate HR risk and support resolution of high-risk HR issues that may impact the organization.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will be a practised (min. 8 years') and trusted business partner both strategically and operationally, with demonstrable skills in managing constructive workplace relations matters with positive outcomes. Your ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence results is essential, as is strong commercial acumen. Just as important, is your desire to be part of a high-performing and values-driven HR team with an inclusive and supportive culture.
