As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in providing efficient administration services and treating directorate staff professionally and courteously.

This role involves:

  • Providing administrative support to the Public & Environmental Services team
  • Developing and maintaining effective systems and processes
  • Communicating with stakeholders and responding to queries

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate of Attainment in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Well-developed organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with experience in the MS Office suite
