As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in providing efficient administration services and treating directorate staff professionally and courteously.
This role involves:
- Providing administrative support to the Public & Environmental Services team
- Developing and maintaining effective systems and processes
- Communicating with stakeholders and responding to queries
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Certificate of Attainment in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Well-developed organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects
- Demonstrated computer literacy with experience in the MS Office suite
