**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and organize documents for meetings and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Meeting Support: Brief the CEO before meetings, providing relevant information and insights to facilitate effective discussions.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Errand Running: Handle various errands as needed to support the CEO and the business operations.
  • Tech Savvy Support: Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the office.
  • Wider Team Support: Where required, support the wider team on projects.
  • Account assistance: Assist the CEO with financial duties.

**Requirements:**

  • You should have a good understanding of administrative processes and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is required.
  • You should be proactive, able to take initiative, and demonstrate the ability to proactively resolve issues.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to adapt to dynamic and changing work demands, and have a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
