Steel Production Specialist

This is a role that involves contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality steel products in Rail, Steelmaking, or Bar Mill departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating forklifts up to 16T efficiently and safely
  • Utilizing overhead cranes (remote, pendant, and cabin controlled)
  • Operating machinery and equipment with precision
  • Maintaining machinery by oiling and greasing it regularly
  • Performing basic dogging and laboring duties as required
  • Loading and unloading heavy vehicles carefully
  • Preparing and packaging finished products accurately

Critical skills include adhering to quality and safety procedures, working collaboratively as part of a team, and maintaining attention to detail consistently.
