Rehabilitation Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work.

Your primary focus will be on developing, implementing, and monitoring rehabilitation plans to help clients return to their same job or transition to a new role. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.

You will also be required to engage with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, employers, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and rehabilitation outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordinated care
Requirements:
  • CURRENT UNRESTRICTED REGISTRATION OR MEMBERSHIP WITH THE RELEVANT INDUSTRY BODY
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to analyze complex information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being
