About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Production Support Specialist to join our team at Charles River Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation.

Your primary focus will be on defining new client requirements, configuring and tuning the application to meet their business and technical needs, training users, testing workflows, and resolving issues. You will also be responsible for liaising with Charles River Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues and determine the optimal configuration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to clients post go-live of CRIMS implementation
  • Define new client requirements and configure the application to meet their needs
  • Train users on the application and its features
  • Test workflows and resolve issues
  • Liaise with Charles River Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in a consultancy or software vendor role
  • Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes and buy-side workflows
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
