Cultural Insights Analyst

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Cultural Insights Analyst. This role requires someone who possesses a keen cultural sensibility and a deep understanding of social dynamics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing profound insights that align with our vision to drive innovation, creativity, and effectiveness in our ideas. They will collaborate with strategists and account service teams to cultivate deep cultural understandings and illuminate emergent trends from the social landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will connect disparate social data signals and cultural fragments, movements and moments, and decode them into powerful, actionable insights.
  • You will immerse yourself in online communities, perform deep social listening, and parse qualitative observations into compelling narratives that directly inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience working in a creative agency, research agency, or publisher, with a strong emphasis on cultural analysis and social insight generation.
  • You have a functional understanding of social listening and cultural intelligence platforms, including tools for tracking online conversations and identifying emerging trends.
  • You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple teams, clients, and timelines simultaneously.
  • You have strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and AI tools such as Gemini and Chat GPT.
