Investment Portfolio Assistant

Our team is part of a client-facing advisory group, comprising business managers, investment advisers and assistants. You will work alongside support roles such as office managers, front-of-house staff and receptionists, as well as operations teams and specialists within the investment, product and services departments.
Your Responsibilities- Client onboarding, account opening and day-to-day portfolio administration and maintenance.
- Settlement obligations management, corporate actions and international trading execution.
- Assistance with client account servicing by researching routine problems and answering queries.
- Liaising with clients, advisers and internal departments to ensure timely task completion.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within wealth management or proven aptitude to learn new skills.
- Anti-money laundering/know your client experience advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated individual with high work standards and willingness to learn.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Degree qualified in finance or related disciplines desirable.
- RG146 accreditation or equivalent (or willingness to quickly obtain this qualification).
