Job Title: Marketing Manager - Brand, Marketing and Digital

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.

• Manage social media platforms to engage with customers and promote our brand.

• Analyze digital data to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

2. Campaign Execution:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team to execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and events.

3. Content Development:

• Work closely with graphic designers and content producers to create compelling content for marketing materials, advertisements, and social media.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the Marketing Cluster Team and hotel departments to align marketing efforts.

• Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and initiatives.
