About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our workshop.
- Supervising and coordinating the work of technicians to ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard and on time
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of equipment
- Monitoring workshop productivity and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Leading and managing a team of skilled technicians
- Developing and maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Operations Manager or Senior Technician, leading mechanical teams
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles and equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
