Transformation Finance Manager for Product Innovation

About the Role

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the product development team at WiseTech Global. This is an exciting opportunity to drive financial control and agility, while contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the product development team to analyze financial implications of ongoing activities;
  • Review capitalised development cost accounting calculations;
  • Investigate variances in product development costs compared to budget and prior periods;
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team on product development cost budgeting and re-forecasting;
  • Manage and coach a Senior Accountant.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in comparable roles or involvement in product development within an IT or software company;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building strong professional relationships with stakeholders from a financial and non-financial background;
  • Strong technical accounting skills with an appropriate accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, CPA or similar) and 5 + years of post-qualification experience;
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner;
  • Strong time management skills to deliver results and manage competing deadlines.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
