About the Role

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with our company's standards and regulations.
  • Arrears Management: Manage and resolve any arrears or disputes with tenants in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leasing Duties: Assist with leasing duties, including preparing and presenting lease agreements to tenants.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all properties under management.
  • Communication: Provide excellent communication and customer service to tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Real Estate Experience: A minimum of 3 months of experience in real estate or property management.
  • QLD Certificate of Registration: Hold a valid QLD Certificate of Registration.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
