We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Department team for twelve months, with the possibility of ongoing employment.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our dynamic team, you will work closely with Specialist MSK Physiotherapists and Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy teams to deliver high-quality outpatient services.
  • You will support and manage a team of MSK physios, including new graduates, rotational base-grade staff, and students, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Your expertise in musculoskeletal clinical experience and ability to initiate quality improvement activities will be invaluable in driving excellence in patient care.
  • You will contribute to creating an environment where health professionals can thrive and feel they belong, aligned with our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

About You:

  • You must have full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and extensive musculoskeletal outpatient clinical experience, preferably at Level 2 or higher.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based practice, case management, and collaboration is essential.
  • Proficiency in working autonomously, prioritizing tasks, and managing workload will be demonstrated through your application.
