Job Summary:

Nest Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead a clinical team as a Clinical Services Manager. This is a full-time role where you can make a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including Maternal Health, Child Health & Community Health Nurses & Health Workers, to deliver high-quality clinical services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage quality and risk associated with clinical services, ensuring compliance with relevant accreditation, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
  • Establish a clear vision for nursing, midwifery, and health worker practice, driving excellence in patient care and outcomes.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical services, ensuring they meet the highest standards and are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice on quality risk identification and mitigation, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective clinical services.
  • Guide the clinical team to optimize Medicare services activity, claims, and compliance, driving business growth and efficiency.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Primary Health Care or Business Management, demonstrating expertise in healthcare operations and leadership.
  • Proven experience working within an Aboriginal Medical Service (AMS) clinic, with a deep understanding of the community's needs and challenges.
  • Practical knowledge of accreditation, regulatory, and legislative obligations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with a strong commitment to professional development and excellence.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, driving clinical services and teams.
