Event Manager: Lead Operational Delivery

Are you an expert at making things happen on time? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Operational Delivery team and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for Canberrans and visitors.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for project planning, prioritization, communication, and team management. You will provide strategic direction and oversee the creative process, ensuring that ideas become reality.
You will manage the operational team on-site during events, ensuring safety, including emergency management plans. Your team will oversee people, parking, power, and waste management, among other responsibilities.
This role offers the opportunity to take on diverse tasks and learn new skills in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Key Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in delivering event management and place activation.
