Job Overview:

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients from ACT's most prestigious venues. This role ensures each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely event builds with information provided by the client in accordance with appropriate procedures.
  • Partner with Clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames. Deliver accurate event builds. Provide timely and concise reporting and insights.
  • Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System as well as manage ticketing operations on event day, including managing box office staff.
  • Be the main point of contact between the client/venue and the Customer Solutions Team ensuring accurate and timely information flow between the parties at all times.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for live events, demonstrate a client-focused attitude, and possess attention to detail. The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, communicate with style and professionalism, and develop new and existing relationships with clients is also essential.
