Job Title: Water Solutions Specialist

As a Water Solutions Specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative stormwater solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop high-quality stormwater models and designs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Liaise closely with internal teams, including presales engineers, engineering, and production personnel.
  3. Utilize AutoCAD and MUSIC modelling software for design tasks.
  4. Ensure specifications and designs meet local, state, and federal codes and accepted engineering practices.
  5. Maintain active communication with contractors, engineers, surveyors, and government agencies.
  6. Represent the company professionally at events, conferences, and client sites.
  7. Train, learn, and coordinate with internal engineering and technical support staff.
  8. Become familiar with stormwater quality designs for the company's products and services.
About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • You have 0–4 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years of engineering design skill experience in AutoCAD and stormwater modelling software MUSIC.
  • You possess previous design experience and preferably experience in stormwater/wastewater projects.
  • You have a positive work attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • You can understand complex instructions and effectively problem-solve.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and drafting software like AutoCAD.
  • You have knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods.
