The Opportunity:
This win marks a transformative step in supporting clients with complex infrastructure challenges. We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to help deliver innovative and successful solutions. You will be based in either Sydney and work as part of our national water business.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical leadership during project delivery

Collaborating with bid teams to ensure alignment of mechanical design

Working closely with procurement teams to define scopes and engage vendors
">
Mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships

Driving innovation on high-value projects

Requirements:

Proven leadership in mechanical design for water or wastewater treatment projects is essential. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement experience, familiarity with digital engineering platforms, and the ability to deliver under pressure are highly regarded.
