Job Title: Ambitious Water Solutions Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned water treatment professional to spearhead large-scale projects involving complex water and/or wastewater treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive water & wastewater treatment plans for clients, leveraging expertise in project management and process engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions for water treatment challenges.
  • Analyze and optimize water treatment processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship within project teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong Background in Process Engineering
    A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
    Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Water Treatment Expertise
    Detailed knowledge of water treatment processes, including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, and reverse osmosis.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
    Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to improve water treatment processes.
  • Effective Communication and Teamwork
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional Certifications
    Certified Professional in Environmental Science (CPES) or Certified Water Specialist (CWS) preferred.
