Executive Culinary Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service in a fast-paced kitchen.
About the Role- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a professional kitchen setting is required.
- The successful candidate must be able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation with a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
- An understanding of Australian commercial kitchen standards, equivalent to qualifications or trade experience, is essential.
- Flexibility, clear communication and customer service skills are highly valued.
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation are also expected.
- Manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
- Taking pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality, is crucial.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
- Maintaining food hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices is vital.
- Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across various cuisines and styles is essential.
- The ability to deliver good quality and modern innovative food is required.
- This role offers the opportunity to work in a mid-senior level position within the hospitality industry.
