Religious Education Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Religious Education teacher to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching Religious Education from Years 7 to 12, with the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and resource creation.

  • Experience in teaching senior years is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine love of Religious Education. They will be committed to enhancing learning outcomes and contributing to a vibrant and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach Religious Education from Years 7 to 12.
  • To contribute to curriculum development and resource creation.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in the Religious Education curriculum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master in Teaching.
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
  • A practicing Catholic who has completed or is due to complete Accreditation D in accordance with the Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Catholic Education policy.
