  • A genuine passion for providing great service and creating positive customer experiences.
  • Commitment to helping customers in their day-to-day banking requirements and to achieve their financial goals and dreams.
  • Supervisory/team leader experience and a desire to pursue further development.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and show initiative, care, and attention to detail in your work.
  • Exposure to consumer lending (training will be provided).
