About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Planner to support our operations by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of planning systems, purchasing, and compliance processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date data and records in logistics systems, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and complete data in logistics systems to support operational planning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards, including regulations and requirements.
  • Support purchasing and planning tasks to align with customer agreements and business objectives.
  • Monitor service levels and provide updates to meet reporting requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary education or experience in logistics, supply chain, or port operations.
  • Knowledge of regulations and requirements in logistics and transportation.
  • Experience using freight and cargo management systems.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
  • Flexibility to work at short notice, including irregular hours and weekends when required.
