Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming items, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely reporting.

You will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics processes and support the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming Combat System items.
  • Support inventory updates and maintain accurate record keeping.
  • Coordinate material movements between sites and prepare items for transport.
  • Assist in the compilation and quality checks of connector kits under direction of engineering teams.
  • Prepare and submit asset tracking and stocktake reports for review.
  • Support site inspections and depopulation activities at designated locations.
  • Provide direct support to the DDG Supply Chain team and the Supply Support Lead.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory coordination (Defence experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with inventory or material management systems.
  • Exposure to Defence logistics, hazmat, or demil processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and under close supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
