Job Overview

The Fleet Allocator is responsible for planning and executing daily operations, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective delivery of freight to meet service level agreements.

  • Plan and coordinate deliveries to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Arrange for additional transportation as needed to accommodate unexpected requirements.
  • Provide dispatch teams with accurate manifests and necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure smooth loading and dispatch of vehicles.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to services or operations in a prompt manner.
  • E nsure that all operational procedures comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Complete critical tasks within our Transport Management System according to set timeframes.

An ideal candidate should have experience in fleet planning, allocation, or coordination roles within the transport sector. They must possess basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and customer service skills.

In addition to providing proof of work eligibility and professional references, successful candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination and national background check.
