About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and grow relationships with client stakeholders
  • Maintain client satisfaction through service levels and anticipate customer needs
  • On-board new clients and present company documentation for client onboarding and reporting
  • Manage and communicate project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities in existing client portfolios
  • Collaborate with SEO and PPC teams to ensure cutting-edge SEO strategies and complementary campaigns across other search, PPC, and social channels
  • Work with our production and creative teams to deliver an unbeatable experience and fantastic results for our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education
Requirements
  • Experience in account management, client services, or client management in the digital marketing space
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and web builds
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to quickly build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and overcome challenges with clients
  • Solutions-focused and excited about working in an ever-changing industry
  • Effective project management and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude
