Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily interactions with customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of import orders, including Customs clearance and delivery to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics operations.
  • Monitor and report on cargo availability, tracking shipments, and resolving any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Provide best-in-class service to customers, meeting their needs and expectations in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI/Cargowise and freight forwarding practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
