- Deliver projects in accordance with building codes and Australian standards.
- Oversee project commercial outcomes, including contract management.
- Promote a strong safety culture at all levels.
- Adopt environmentally responsible practices.
- Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to employees as required.
- More than 10 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Formal occupational health and safety training.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work autonomously.
