We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to lead the delivery of secured, iconic commercial construction projects. This full-time role will be based out of our modern regional office in Tasmania.

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Divisional Manager and be responsible for ensuring all projects exceed safety, quality, and environmental targets.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Delivering projects in line with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Australian Standards;
  • Managing project commercial outcomes, including contract management;
  • Ensuring strong safety management practices at all levels;
  • Providing support, coaching, and mentoring as appropriate to employees;
Key Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience;
  • Formal occupational Health and Safety training;
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels;
  • Competence in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Microsoft Project;
  • Able to undertake tasks autonomously;
