The Transformation You'll Experience

As part of the HX Planning and Activation team, the Account Director works closely with the Business Director to drive client business growth by unlocking the client's business opportunity and Starcom capability. You'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Strategy and XD team to deliver innovative and strategic solutions for clients
  • Ensuring all solutions are anchored in driving the desired business outcome
  • Building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with mid-level client and industry stakeholders
  • Driving client activity to deliver innovative and ambitious communications plans that deliver client objectives and key performance indicators
  • Guiding and coaching your team to ensure they work to their full potential
  • Deepening the client relationship to ensure retention and growth
  • Managing your team to ensure they build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service
  • Having a deep client business understanding to ensure finest audience and business outcomes are delivered
  • Cultivating a culture of Never Standing Still amongst your team
  • Working seamlessly with other Groupe businesses and markets as needed to ensure best-in-class delivery
  • Using client account plans to stimulate and track future work
  • Maintaining systems for forecasting accurate spend and tracking progress
  • Developing realistic project timelines ensuring input from all craft disciplines
  • Liaising frequently with HX Partnerships team to ensure plans consider trading requirements
  • Playing a key part in client pitches, delivering market-leading planning responses
