Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our Corporate Services team as a People and Culture Data Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform workforce data into impactful insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights into workforce metrics and trends.
  2. Develop scalable reporting frameworks and automate recurring reports to drive efficiency.
  3. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance across People systems.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  5. Support system enhancements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
  6. Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity.
  7. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in data analytics or reporting with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
  • Proficient using data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Proven ability to manage projects, implement systems, and build reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn business needs into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities to support team performance.
Eligibility:

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
