As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to achieve their goals and live independently.
This challenging yet rewarding role requires a highly organised and flexible individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include providing support in client home environments, general household duties such as cleaning and cooking, personal care and assistance, facilitating access to the community, and transporting clients to appointments and social activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Cert III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent experience. You will also require a recent National Police Check, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle.
A passion for empowering people to live independently is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a personable nature.
Our organisation invests in its employees' growth and development, creating a positive culture that benefits everyone.
Saturday shifts start at $45 per hour, and Sunday shifts begin at $60 per hour.
