Insurance Operations Advisory Lead

A crucial role has opened in the insurance sector within a superannuation fund. This position will be responsible for supporting the Member Experience Uplift program on a maximum term contract basis.

This opportunity involves collaborating with various stakeholder teams to ensure initiatives align with internal risk management frameworks and external prudential standards. Regular communications will be required with senior leadership regarding program progress and updates.

This role requires strong expertise in insurance operations, including legislative and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience managing line 1 risk and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include reviewing initiatives arising from previous recommendations, partnering with external stakeholders to implement changes, and ensuring effective reporting.

You will bring a thorough understanding of insurance operations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to engage with people across the business.

The successful candidate will be comfortable taking accountability and know when to escalate. They will be passionate about customer experience and delivering positive impacts for members.
