  • Manage complex enquiries and escalations through efficient management of the insurance operations inbox;
  • Review and update insurance business rules with diligence;
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements and assist their implementation;
  • Support product and pricing changes within the scope of this role;
  • Assist with insurance related breaches and incidents with professionalism.
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your career in insurance operations.The ideal candidate should possess:
  • At least five years' experience in an insurance role;
  • Superannuation or Insurance administration as desired;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Well-developed sense of initiative;
  • Able to work diligently, efficiently, and with accuracy paying close attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills which foster cooperation and teamwork in a close team environment.
