Private Health Insurance Supervisor

A key role within the Life Private Health Insurance and Superannuation Division, you will lead a team of Private Health insurance supervisors responsible for delivering on supervisory strategies and action plans. This position is ideal for professionals seeking to develop their skills in leadership, supervision, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of Private Health insurance supervisors and provide strategic guidance on supervisory strategies and action plans.
  • To ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients and stakeholders.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
